GSI provides labels, nameplates, overlays, custom die-cut heat shields, plain and printed Lexan® panels, actuator covers and other functional and identification products for a broad spectrum of “industrial equipment” products. Our customers are among the world’s best known makers of products ranging from industrial automation systems to commercial fire protection equipment to automated packaging lines. For these diversified customers GSI’s products identify and protect switches, provide operational instructions, indicate where to lubricate and service the equipment, and warn against dangerous operating activities.
Our products must do their job for the life of our customers’ equipment, under exposure to severe heat or cold, harsh chemicals, lubricants and cleaning compounds. Our broad selection of paper, film and foil base materials, custom adhesives, over-laminates, UV flexo and screen inks and varnishes, and a variety of UL / CSA approved printing and fabricating processes allows GSI to provide custom solutions that are both functional and cost effective. Tolerance requirements for GSI products in these applications are measured in thousandths of an inch.
