Hot Stamping

The hot stamp process uses flat bed printing technology by which dry carrier supported inks (CSI) are applied to various base materials using heat and pressure within a 4 x 6" area.

Affordable small runs with low cost tooling allows for prototype quantities of labels undergoing redesign. This process is especially economical for unusually shaped and small quantity special use labels.

Some of the ways our customers have used hot stamping include:

  • Prototype designs
  • Trade show uses
  • New product launches
  • Small logos
  • Self-adhesive business cards
  • Special event labels
  • Promotional kick-offs
  • Vehicle parking tags, and more.
